All 8 Classes โ€” Full Prices & What's Worth It

The class shop runs on Gems โ€” from the free starter Employee to the 2,500-Gem Skater โ€” with exactly one Robux purchase in the whole game. The complete numbers below come from Sportskeeda's classes guide (Shivansh Gupta, July 20, 2026), currently the only detailed source on the class economy; we attribute it rather than passing the numbers off as our own testing.

Our recommendation

Senior Employee (500 Gems) is the value pick. It's the cheapest route to a bat โ€” and the bat isn't flavor: the game's own Time to Fight Back badge ("Hit a mimic with a bat") confirms it's the counterattack tool. Hitting anomalies also refunds Energy, so the class pays for itself in longer shifts.

Elite Batter (159 Robux)is the only way to spend real money in this game โ€” no game passes exist. It's a bigger bat (30 uses vs. 3โ€“5), not a different job. Worth it for anomaly-hunters; skippable for careful players.

FAQ

How many classes are in Spuddy's Anomaly?

Eight, per Sportskeeda's classes guide (July 20, 2026): Employee (free), Cashier (50 Gems), Waiter (150), Sleepy (350), Senior Employee (500), Assistant Manager (1,250), Skater (2,500) and Elite Batter โ€” the only paid class, at 159 Robux.

What is the best class in Spuddy's Anomaly?

For free players, Senior Employee (500 Gems) is our value pick: it's the cheapest way to carry a bat โ€” the badge-confirmed counterattack tool against mimics โ€” and it refunds Energy for hitting anomalies. Skater (2,500 Gems) is the top free-tier grind; Elite Batter (159 Robux) is strictly a stronger bat, not a different playstyle. Numbers per Sportskeeda's July 20 guide.

Is Elite Batter worth 159 Robux?

It's the only Robux purchase in the game (there are no game passes) and buys an Elite Bat with 30 uses plus Energy refunds on anomaly hits โ€” versus Senior Employee's 3โ€“5 uses for 500 Gems. If you fight anomalies constantly it's a real upgrade; if you play carefully, Senior Employee covers the same role for free currency. Ability data per Sportskeeda.

What do Energy, Gems and Capacity do in Spuddy's Anomaly?

Per Sportskeeda's guide (the one detailed source on the economy): Energy is your action resource drained by working, Capacity governs how much you can carry/handle, and Gems are the earned currency you spend on classes. The class abilities are all built around restoring or enlarging these.
